- We have an office in Bogotá and work on-site in Colombia. For international projects (Spain, Mexico, Panama), we manage everything remotely with periodic visits as needed.
- What's the process to start a project?
- We schedule a discovery call (30 min, free) to understand your needs. Then we present a fee and scope proposal. Upon acceptance, we sign a contract and begin the discovery phase.
- How do you charge fees?
- Depends on project type: fixed fee by stage for defined projects, percentage of construction cost for execution projects, or hourly rate for consulting. Always transparent and in writing.
- Do you handle permits and licenses?
- Yes. Our 3D Modeling & Legal Documentation service includes building permit management, curaduría, planning procedures, and all regulatory documentation.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Varies by scope: apartment renovation 3-6 months, new house 8-14 months, offices 4-8 months, legal documentation 2-4 weeks. We deliver a detailed schedule at project start.
